Commissioned Art Print By Luis Lopez

In 1997 Dick Reuben commissioned well-known graphic artist Luis Lopez to illustrate the covers for The Pattern For Revival Fire video teaching series. When it came time to create the front for Our Great High Priest, Luis realized right away that this would be one of his greater undertakings. Desiring to be Biblically and historically accurate as to the physical sacrifice that our Savior made on the cross, Luis began to study and seek out information on Roman crucifixion practices. His findings were more than he had ever imagined. The physical body of our Lord Jesus was brutalized beyond recognition for the guarantee of eternal life for both you and I.

This illustration depicts aspects from various forms of actual crucifixion. The desire for illustrating in graphic detail of this nature was not for want of shock imagery, but to reveal our Messiah's love for us. This print hung in any believer's home or office is a constant reminder of the magnitude of love that Jesus has for us all. Suitable for framing and a wonderful gift.
