Frequently Asked Questions
I forgot or want to change my password.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, all passwords are encrypted, so we are unable to look up your existing password. However, there is a way to set up a temporary password and then recreate another one of your own.

  1. Click here to go to the "Lost Password" page.
  2. Enter the e-mail address on file into the appropriate fields.
  3. Once submitted, you will receive an e-mail listing your e-mail address and a temporary password.
  4. Go back to the website and enter the Online Store area, and continue on with the purchase process.
  5. At the checkout area, login with your e-mail address and the new temporary password that was sent to you. You may continue with your purchase using the temporary password or set up a new custom password, using Step 6.
  6. Click on the Account Maintenance menu item on on the left side or your screen.
  7. Select Account Information. Here you'll find an area that shows all your registration information.

NOTE: If you took the detour from the checkout to update your password, you will want to start the order process over. If you are prompted to enter your e-mail and password again, this is because the system requires you to log in with the new password once it has been changed.

I didn't know I even HAD a password.

To better streamline your registration process, we have implemented what is called a "silent" registration.  This registration allows you to fill out your regular billing information.  It then utilizes your e-mail address as a virtual username and designates you a randomly generated password.

The e-mail address and password are then e-mailed to you for future additions to your registration.  If, however, you have a spam blocker or a similar "junk mail" system, the e-mail might not have reached you.  You can easily reset this random password with a new one, and then change it to one that you prefer.  Keep in mind that this new password WILL be e-mailed to your e-mail address on file, so you might want to temporarily disable your spam blocker or check your junk mail folder.

  1. Click here to go to the "Lost Password" page.
  2. Enter the e-mail address on file into the appropriate fields.
  3. Once submitted, you will receive an e-mail listing your e-mail address and a another randomly generated password.
  4. Go back to the website and enter the Online Store area, and continue on with the purchase process.
  5. At the checkout area, login with your e-mail address and the new generated password that was sent to you. You may continue with your purchase using the generated password or set up a new custom password, using Step 6.
  6. Click on the Account Maintenance menu item on on the left side or your screen.
  7. Select Account Information. Here you'll find an area that shows all your registration information.

I'm still receiving an "Incorrect e-mail address or password" error.

There is a chance that you misspelled your e-mail address when you placed your first order.  In order to keep things simple, we have turned off our e-mail validation system, so there is a chance that an order can be place without an invalid e-mail address.  We will be happy to to reset your e-mail address.  Please send an e-mail with the subject line "Dick Reuben - Lost E-mail" to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , with your name, address, and phone number in the body to verify your account information.

When I try to purchase something, I get an "Your Cart is currently empty" error.

This is a glitch than can happen if you're already logged into the site, and THEN try to complete the order process.  When the site switches to secure mode, it resets the cookie that holds your cart information.  There are two ways to fix this:

  1. Log out by clicking on the "Logout" button in the menu to the of the screen. You will see another button on this page to verify that you want to log out.  Once you have clicked on this button, you will be redirected to the front page of the site.  Once at this page, simply begin order process again
  2. Back out to the registration page.  At the front of the website address in your address bar, you should see "http://www...".  Change this to "https://www...", then click Go (or hit enter).  This will manually put the site in secure mode.  Once it is in secure mode, simply continue the order process.
I use AOL and can't login.

America Online has been known to have a many issues with their browsers.  There are known problems with prior versions and some users even experience problems with the latest version.  The main problem with AOL browsers is the way they handle cookies (files that track browsing on website... in this case, registering with the site).  Because of this, we are unable to support AOL browsers.  However, it only takes a few extra seconds to use Internet Explorer (or another browser) while still connected to AOL. You can refer to the link bellow for an easy step-by-step process on how to do this:
